Easter special episode of “Ningalkum Akaam Kodeeshwaran” on 28th

St Thomas Orthodox Cathedral Choir Chennai, popularly known as Broadway Cathedral Choir, was started in the year 1969. Celebrating its 44th year of existence in 2013-14, it is the first and the oldest organized choral group of the Indian Orthodox Church. This choir specializes in Malayalam liturgical and devotional songs and is known for the preservation of the Eastern tradition in all its music. It is also an integral part of the musical scene in Chennai.
For the first time, the St Thomas Orthodox Cathedral Choir Broadway Chennai would be performing on Television. The Choir was invited to sing for the Easter special episode of “Ningalkum Akaam Kodeeshwaran”, the highest rated programme in Malayalam TV industry. The Easter special episode will be telecast on March 28, 2013 @ 8pm. The show is being an anchored by Suresh Gopi.
