Barbil(Odisha): Barbil Mar Gregorios Orthodox congregation celebrated its first perunal on 2nd February 2012.

This is the consecration day of the congregation, on 2nd  February 2011 H.G.Dr.Joseph Mar Dionysius visited and consecrated this congregation.
For past several years believers were assembling for worship in the near by Roman Catholic church,  by the initiation of Fr.P.S.Varghese and senior member Mr.Joseph,  around 15 families together built this beautiful chapel.
On 2nd February evening vicar Fr.P.S.Varghese celebrated Holy Qurbana. Children of the congregation performed varied programs. Fr.Rajesh of Joda Roman Catholic Church was the chief guest on this occasion
